Welcome to Brand HQ Pty Ltd! We're excited to have you join our online course ("Course"). Before you dive in, please take a moment to read through this Agreement ("Agreement"), which sets out the terms and conditions between you ("Participant") and Brand HQ Pty Ltd ("Company"). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Course, you’re agreeing to these terms, so let’s make sure we're on the same page!

  1. GENERAL TERMS 1.1. This Agreement applies to all Participants who engage with Brand HQ through courses, templates, masterclasses, strategy sessions or any other means. 1.2. The Course is designed for educational and informational purposes only. While we hope it helps you achieve great things, we can’t guarantee specific financial, business, or personal results.
  2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS 2.1. At Brand HQ Pty Ltd, we want to see you succeed, but we can’t promise specific outcomes. Your success depends on your effort, dedication, and individual circumstances. 2.2. Any success stories, case studies, or testimonials we share are examples of what’s possible—not guarantees that you’ll achieve the same results.
  3. LIABILITY WAIVER & INDEMNIFICATION 3.1. You understand that any action you take based on the Course is entirely at your own risk. 3.2. Brand HQ Pty Ltd, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, or claims that may arise from applying what you learn in the Course. 3.3. By enrolling, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brand HQ Pty Ltd from any claims, liabilities, costs, or damages, including legal fees, that result from your participation in the Course.
  4. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE 4.1. Our Course is designed to provide guidance and insights, but it is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, or other expert advice. 4.2. Before making any significant decisions based on the Course material, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified professional.
  5. NO REFUNDS & NON-TRANSFERABILITY 5.1. All Course purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds unless required by consumer law. 5.2. Your Course access is just for you—it’s not transferable, shareable, or resellable. (So don’t go sharing your logins!)
  6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 6.1. Everything in the Course, including text, videos, graphics, and materials, is the exclusive property of Brand HQ Pty Ltd. 6.2. When you enroll, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Course materials or templates for personal, non-commercial use only. 6.3. Please do not copy, distribute, or share any content without our permission.
  7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION 7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of your country of residence. 7.2. If any disputes arise, we’ll first try to resolve them amicably. If we can’t, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration or mediation, as per local laws.
  8. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE 8.1. By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Course, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
